Help Centre · How RIPVault works

Refer & Earn

Every account has a referral code and link (Account → Refer & Earn). When a friend signs up with it, you earn from their pack openings.

How it works

  • For 90 days after your friend signs up, you receive 5% of every ringgit they spend from their Balance on packs and Pack Parties.
  • Rewards arrive as Pack Credits (packs only, no cash value) and expire 30 days after they are earned. They can pay for a whole pack when they cover its full price. Rewards from one friend on one day are grouped into a single credit.
  • Each new player has one referrer: the first referral or partner link they used before signing up.
  • There is no cap. Your friend doesn't get an extra reward — new players already receive the Welcome packs. When a friend you invited completes their first top-up, your Welcome pack 3 opens.

Partner (KOL) links

Creators we work with get their own partner links. If you sign up through one, you get a share back too: every time you buy a pack, you receive your share of the price (shown on the partner's link, for example 2%) as Pack Credits, and the partner receives theirs — together at most 5% of the pack price. Both are permanent and are worked out on the part you pay from your Balance. If we switch a partner link off, the partner stops earning, but fans who joined through it keep their own share. You can still refer your own friends with your normal code (5% for 90 days); the partner never earns from your friends.

What doesn't count

  • Packs your friend pays for with Pack Credits (only the Balance share counts).
  • Pack Battles, shipping fees, marketplace purchases and withdrawals.
  • For friend referrals, spending after the 90-day window (partner links have no time limit).

Fair play

A code can be used once per new account and never on your own account. Referring accounts you control, or using the same device, connection or bank account as your “friend”, is reviewed by our team and can void the rewards and close the accounts involved (see the Terms).
