Shipping & Redemption
Any card in your Vault can be shipped to you. We ship within Malaysia only.
Fees
| Delivery · West Malaysia | RM10 per shipment |

| Protective packing | RM10 per shipment (any number of cards, up to 50) |
| Insurance | 1% of the cards' total value, rounded up to the nearest ringgit — the parcel is fully insured |
Example: three cards worth RM2,000 in total, to Selangor → RM10 + RM10 + RM20 = RM40. The exact total is shown before you confirm, and it is paid from your Balance.
How it works
- Verify your phone number (needed for every shipment) and your identity once (first shipment only). See ID check.
- Choose the cards and a Malaysian delivery address.
- Review the fee and confirm. The cards are locked — they can no longer be sold back or listed.
- Delivery takes 7–14 days from your request, Malaysia only. Your tracking number appears in the shipment details as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Good to know
- You can ask us to cancel a shipment any time before it is dispatched; the fee returns to your Balance and the cards return to your Vault.
- Once a card has shipped it leaves the vault for good — it cannot be sold back to RIPVault.
- Parcels are insured for the cards' value. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the slab before opening further and contact us within 48 hours.
- Delivery address names must match your verified identity.
