Yes. The moment you pull a card it is yours and is kept safely in our vault. Hold it, sell it back, or ship it to you.

Yes, and you can check it. Every pull uses a commit-and-reveal draw described in Provably Fair; your own proofs are under Fairness in your account.

95% Buyback on the card's market value at the moment you pull it; the exact amount you receive is shown on the sell-back screen before you confirm (see Terms §7). It is paid instantly — to your Balance, or partly to Pack Credits if you paid for the pack partly with Pack Credits (see below). The market value comes from a public price source (for example PriceCharting) shown with the card, with the date it was last updated. The offer stays open for 30 minutes after opening; after that the card is yours to hold, ship or list.

Buyback = Market Value × 95%, minus a processing fee of 10% of that buyback amount — you receive 85.5% of the Market Value. Example, a card with a Market Value of RM100: Buyback RM95.00 − processing fee RM9.50 = you receive RM85.50. The offer is locked when you pull the card. Where it goes follows how you paid for the pack: the part paid with top-up money, Referral Pack Credits or KOL Pack Credits goes to your Balance (withdrawable); the part paid with other Pack Credits (check-in, Welcome card sell-back credits, leaderboard prizes…) goes back to Pack Credits; Welcome pack cards sell back into Pack Credits only. Example: a RM100 pack paid with RM50 of top-up money, RM30 of Referral Pack Credits and RM20 of check-in Pack Credits, later sold back for RM90 → RM72 to your Balance (RM45 for the top-up part + RM27 for the referral part) and RM18 back to Pack Credits (the check-in part). The split is shown on the sell-back screen before you confirm.

You can withdraw your withdrawable money — for example the Balance share of your sell-backs — once your phone number is verified and after a one-time identity check. Not everything in your wallet is withdrawable: top-ups and Pack Credits are for opening packs only, and they are not refunded. Details in Wallet, Withdrawals & ID check.

Three free packs for new players, each with one real card from our Welcome pool (real graded cards worth about RM45–80): Welcome pack 1 when you verify a Malaysian (+60) phone number, Welcome pack 2 after your first top-up, and Welcome pack 3 when a friend you invited completes their first top-up. One set per phone number, device and identity. You can sell a Welcome card back for Pack Credits only (95% Buyback; these credits expire 30 days after the sell-back and can't open a pack on their own), or ship it after your first top-up of RM50. Welcome cards can't be listed, and their sell-back is never cash. A card you neither sell back nor ship within 30 days of opening expires.

Share the code on your Refer & Earn page. For 90 days after a friend signs up with it, you get 5% of what they spend from their Balance on packs, as Pack Credits. See Refer & Earn.

Credits we give you (daily check-ins, promotions). They can only be spent on packs, have no cash value and expire. See the Pack Credits section of the Terms of Service.
