Responsible Play
Opening packs should be fun. Cards have real value, but a pull can be worth less than the pack. Please treat pack openings as entertainment, not a way to make money.
Our commitments
- 18+ only. We verify age before any money leaves the platform.
- Honest odds. The odds shown are the odds used, and every pull is provably fair.
- No pressure. We don't run countdown timers on purchases or push you to “chase” a loss.
Tools in your wallet
| Top-up limits | Cap how much you can add to your Balance per day, per week and per month (rolling 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days). Lowering a limit works at once; raising or removing one takes effect after 24 hours. |

| Take a break | Lock yourself out of top-ups and pack openings for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. A break cannot be ended or shortened early — by you or by us. |
Both are under Wallet → Limits. You can also ask us to close your account permanently.
Signs to watch for
- Spending more than you planned, or money meant for other things.
- Opening packs to win back what you lost.
- Hiding your spending from family or friends.
